Mahoe Mirrors is a mirror and architectural glass workshop in Kingston, Jamaica. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short because there is not much to explain.

What you send us

When you fill in an enquiry form, a quote request, or the newsletter signup, we receive only what you typed. Depending on the form, that is:

We use this to prepare your quote, arrange delivery or installation, and keep track of the job. Nothing more.

What we count when you visit

We keep a simple daily tally of four things: how many people opened the site, how many scrolled to the gallery, how many opened an enquiry form, and how many sent one. We also record roughly where visitors arrived from (Instagram, WhatsApp, a search engine, or typed directly) and whether they were on a phone, tablet or computer.

This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising or analytics company. The counts are totals for a day. There is no profile, no visitor record, no way to tell one visit from another, and nothing is shared with anyone.

Where it is kept

Your enquiry is emailed to us and stored in a private database that only we can open. These services handle it on our behalf, and none of them uses your information for anything of their own:

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is held in WhatsApp and covered by their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can look back at a job if you come to us again. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

What we never do

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you joined the newsletter and want out, tell us and you are off the list the same day. Just message the number below or send an email.
